Hi Tech coatings products are distributed to many industries. The coating
applications include:
- Building
exterior and interior
- Industrial
and home roofing
- Pipeline
insulation
- Oil
and storage tank
- Mobile
homes and trailers
- Refrigeration
units
- Air
conditioning units
- Animal
shelters
- Swimming
pool decking
- Insulate
interior and exterior wails on wood, metal, concrete, standard wallboard,
stone or stucco.
- Insulate
roofing on wood, metal, concrete, stucco, tar, rubber or asphalt shingles.
- Insulate
hot pipes to help to insulate and seal wrapped insulation, preventing
and controlling heat conduction to the outside surface.
- Insulate
around swimming pool decking on concrete to provide a cool surface
to sit and walk on.
- Insulate
oil and gas storage tanks to prevent heat build-up and evaporation.
In the US, the EPA has found that 25% of our air pollution is generated
from gas fume emission. Also, the present epoxy coatings being used
to coat these tanks will only last approximately 4-5 years before
cracking and peeling; the labor cost and precautions in-volved are
expensive. Supertherm applied over Rust Grip will seal
and guard the tanks from acid deterioration, weathering, and contrac-tion/expansion
of the tanks over a period of at least 10 years. This alone saves
a minimum of one cycle of repainting that costs approximately $50,000
per tank.
- Insulate
long haul trailers designed to carry.
- Insulate
freezers or refrigeration units.
- Insulate
air conditioning unit outer casings to prevent tremendous heat build
up inside the housing that reduces the efficiency.
- Mobile
homes and motor homes where the factory insulation is only 2 inches
at most.
- Poultry,
cattle, hog, all animal shelters to reduce heat stroke or loss of
weight due to heat build-up.
- Home
roofing, industrial roofing and walls to keep heat in during winter
or cool in during summer.
- SuperTherm
has a "0" fire and smoke spread and will not contribute to flame.
It does provide a fire-resistant coating for substrates that will
help prevent fire spread.
- It
is USDA-approved and therefore can be used in and around food preparation
areas.
